Keep it Simple, minimise Stock
Don't need to open all Day, all the shops did most of their business in the morning
Self Manage, rather than pay managers, put more money back into the community
Surplus Profit "the Greater Good", staff and customers will relate to this
Use Cash and Carry & supermarkets to Replenish stock, therefore reducing stock holding
Unless building a Shop, no need to issue shares, therefore if possible use existing premises
